| 摘 要： | 计算机伦理学是当代研究计算机信息与网络技术伦理道德问题的新兴学科,从20世纪80年代起,在美国和西方发达国家率先发展与应用。在我国大力推进网络文化建设的情势下,亟需研究和构建具有中国特点的计算机伦理的理论和实践规范体系。

| Abstract: | Computer ethnics is a new science for studying the moral problems in computer network information technology.Since the 1980s,it has been established and has developed fast in America and western countries.With the coming of age of information technology,we should pay more attention to construction of computer ethnics in China.Therefore,it is necessary for us to construct a code system of computer ethnics with Chinese characteristics. |
