音波管道泄漏监测系统在新疆油田的应用现状

摘    要:详细介绍了音波管道泄漏监测系统的工作原理,以及系统在新疆油田应用中的3个泄漏报警实例,分析了该系统的定位精度。长期运行结果表明:该系统具有报警快速、灵敏度高、准确度高等特点,能够有效地实现泄漏报警和定位,从而有效保障长输管道的安全运行。最后指出系统存在的问题。

Abstract:It introduces the principle of the sonic pipeline leakage monitoring system in details as well as three leakage alarm systems in the Xinjiang oilfield. It aslo analyzes the localization accuracy of the system. The long-time running shows that the systems have such advantages as fast alarming, high sensitivity, high accuracy and efficieneey in leak alarm and localization, so as to protect the safe running of long-distance pipeline effectively. It points out shortcomings concerning the systems.
