| 摘 要： | 贵州航首整治工程量大,时间紧迫。进入90年代,人们逐步从粗放型管理向集约型管理进行转变,从计划经济向社会主义市场经济进行转变。航道整治工程的组织者们结合施工组织、工程进度、质量控制、费用控制等方向摆脱旧的思想观念的束缚,逐步从"人治"向"法制"转变,走出了一条崭新的工程施工组织管理之路。
