车用发动机高压油管振动分析与控制

摘    要:针对某车用发动机出现的高压油管断裂的问题,经过试验测试,确定了高压油管断裂的原因。并提出了两种解决措施,一是改变喷油系支架刚度来改变其固有频率,使共振转速出现在发动机不常用的转速范围内;二是将喷油泵与驱动齿轮间的连接方式改用法兰连接,以避免由于喷油系连接轴的加工误差和安装同轴度的影响。试验表明,该方案对油管泵端的振动控制得非常好,避免了喷油泵端共振的发生,可以有效解决高压油管的振动问题。

Abstract:As the abruption of high-pressure oil pipe of some vehicle engine,this paper analyses local vibration of high-pressure oil pipe on the engine,and abruption reason determined by vibration testing.In this paper two methods was presented to settle this problem: resonant speed appeared in range of uncommon use speeds through changes the rigidity of injection pump's bracket;and the other is changing the attended mode between injection and its drive gear.Experiment indicates that the later can control vibration of fuel injection pipe effectively.
