柴油机湿式缸套穴蚀问题用户处理技术应用

Users Treatment Technology on Dealing with Cavitation of Wet Cylinder Liner in Diesel Engine

With the increasing development of diesel engine technology, the cavitation of wet cylinder liner is an obvious problem, which has seriously influenced the diesel engine＇s life cycle cost （LCC）. There are a lot of technological methods to solve the problem in diesel engine＇s design and manufacturing. But it is applicable on the next generation of diesel engine. This paper analyzes the reasons for the cavitation of wet cylinder liner and puts forward the issues that should be resolved during the operation and maintenance. What＇s more, this paper introduces the quick fix method of such problems in detail. The paper also tells customers how to prevent the above-mentioned situations so as to prolong the life cycle of diesel engine cylinder liners.
