盾构法施工在过江隧道中的风险及应对措施

摘    要:以南京长江隧道工程为例,系统全面的分析了盾构法施工在过江隧道中的各类风险,探讨了盾构进出工作井施工风险、盾构穿越江中段风险、超大盾构工作面失稳风险、管片密封事故风险、施工中地层移动风险、盾尾冻结法施工风险等发生后将导致的后果以及引发该风险的原因,提出了相应的风险应对措施,为类似的盾构法施工的风险评估和安全管理提供经验和技术上的参考,降低了施工风险。

Abstract:Nanjing Yangtze River tunnel engineering was taken as an example to analyze various risks in the shield construction in river-crossing tunnel systematically and comprehensively.These risks of shield construction in working well,shield crossing mid-river,oversized shield instability,segment sealed accident,ground movement in construction and shield tail freezing process were discussed,and the corresponding measures were put forward.The results provide experience and technical reference for a similar shield construction in risk assessment and safety management.
