| 摘 要： | 香港铁路有限公司自1975年成立至今，除营运铁路外，亦从事多元业务，业务范围涉及项目策划、投资、建设、管理、运营及技术咨询等领域。此文通过对港铁成功经验的探讨，指出其在运营管理模式、业务开发与拓展等方面的创新之处，进一步归纳出港铁保持盈利、实现可持续发展的深层次原因。

| Abstract: | Since its establishment in 1975, MTR Corporation has involved in many other spheres besides traditional metro enterprises in terms of project planning, investment, construction, management, operation and technical consultation, and is characteristic of safety, reliability, excellent services as well as high efficiency. This paper explores and summarizes MTR Corporation＇s rich experiences in spheres of project planning, investment, construction, management, operating and technical consultation since its 30 year＇s involvement in urban rail transit industry, and deeply elaborates fundamental reasons of MTR Corporation keeping profit and realizing sustainable development. |
