钢纤维混凝土的增强机理及抗裂性能分析

摘    要:钢纤维混凝土是一种新型的水泥基复合材料,其抗拉、抗剪、抗弯能力远优于普通混凝土.此文在简述钢纤维混凝土的研究、发展与应用的基础上,阐述钢纤维混凝土的工作机理和增强机理,并对影响其增强效果的因素进行分析.通过分析进一步论述采用钢纤维混凝土可以抑制其收缩裂缝和阻止其微裂缝的扩展,从而提高混凝土的抗裂性能.

Strengthening Mechanism of Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete and Crack Resistance Analysis
Abstract:The steel fiber reinforced concrete is a new kind of cement - based composite material. Its tensile, shear, bending ability is far better than that of ordinary concrete. Based on introducing the research, development and application of steel fiber reinforced concrete, this article expounds the work mechanism and strengthening mechanism of steel fiber reinforced concrete, and analyzes the factors of affecting its enhancement effect. Through further analyzing, using steel fiber concrete can restrain the shrinkage crack and prevent its micro crack extension, so as to improve the anti - cracking performance of concrete.
