摘    要:针对轿车侧面碰撞安全性问题,通过有限元方法对中国产某轿车车门的侧面碰撞安全性进行了模拟分析。应用美国ETA/VPG及LS-DYNA软件,建立了车门有限元模型,参照美国侧面碰撞法规FMVSS 214,对车门结构侧面抗撞性能进行了有限元模拟分析,并对车门结构进行改进,探讨了相应的轿车侧面碰撞安全性改进措施。由改进前后的仿真计算结果对比表明:改进后车门向内的变形减少了,该车型侧面抗碰撞能力得到提高,从而使侧面碰撞安全性得到改善。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of car door side crashworthiness,one native car door side crashworthiness was analyzed by finite element method.The finite element model of car door was built with USA ETA/VPG and LS-DYNA software.According to USA side crash regulation FMVSS 214,the side crashworthiness of car door structure was analyzed.Improvement of car door structure was conducted and relevant measures for improving side crashworthiness were discussed.Before and after improvement simulation results show that door deformation decreases and car side crashworthiness is improved.
