摘    要:超声衍射时差技术(TOFD)是近年来迅速发展起来的一种先进数字化无损检测技术.TOFD在国内已广泛应用于电力、特检、核电等行业,目前,船舶行业正在探索其在生产实际中的应用可行性.通过探讨TOFD技术中最为关键的检测灵敏度若干设定方法,从而确定适用于船舶工程实际应用的设定方法.

Abstract:TOFD is a kind of advanced digitized nondestructive testing technology which is developing rapidly in recent years. TOFD has been widely used in Power, special inspection and nuclear power industries. Now, the application feasibility of TOFD is being explored in shipbuilding industry. This article mainly discusses the most important TOFD setting meth ods for detection sensitivity in order to determine the best choice for shipbuilding.
