摘    要:描述了上海船厂在建造亚太地区首艘十二缆物探船时,根据对传统工艺和先进全站仪测量技术的了解,进行大胆工艺创新,成功地将主轴线、艉管支承座和导流罩在分段制造阶段精准地定位、预装完成.将大量船坞工作前移到分段制造阶段,降低了船坞内的安装难度,极大地缩短了坞期.

Abstract:The construction of 12 streamer seismic research vessel in Shanghai Shipyard is described, which is the first one in Asia-Pacific region. New technology is applied in this building. The pre-position and pre-installation of ship shafting, stern pipe bearing and faring are successfully accomplished in the section building phase. This technology can shift many works from dock building phase to section building phase, which reduce the difficulty and shorten the dock period greatly.
