安氟醚吸入麻醉对腹部手术患者心率变异性的影响

目的　探讨安氟醚吸入麻醉对手术患者自主神经系统功能的影响。方法　利用心率变异功率谱分析法对 3 0例择期腹部手术患者麻醉前、麻醉诱导后、切皮后及术中心率变异性改变进行分析。结果　低频 (LF)在麻醉诱导后显著降低 ,切皮后显著升高 ;高频 (HF)在麻醉诱导后及切皮后未见明显改变 ;安氟醚吸入麻醉过程中 ,LF、HF均显著下降 ,而LF/HF比值较麻醉诱导后无明显改变。结论　安氟醚吸入麻醉可显著降低交感、迷走神经活性 ,但交感 /迷走均衡性却保持良好

Effects of enflurane on heart rate variability in abdominal operating patients

Objective To investigate the effects of enflurane anesthesia on the autonomic nervous system in operating patients. Methods Thirty patients scheduled for elective abdominal operation were selected.Heart rate variability(HRV) was assessed at the time of preanesthesia,after anesthesia induction,after skin cut and during operation. Results LF decreased significantly after anesthesia induction and increased significantly after skin cut;HF did not change markedly after anesthesia induction and skin cut;during inhaling enflurane,LF and HF decreased significantly,but the ratio of LF and HF did not change significantly.Conclusion Enflurane anesthesia can decrease the activity of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system,but the balance of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous activity do not change significantly.
