微量元素硒对大鼠心、肝组织RNA含量及溶酶体RNase活性的影响

摘    要:有关硒影响RNA分解代谢的报道较少。本文报道了低硒组、加硒组和西安组大鼠心、肝组织中核酸含量及RNA/DNA比值改变,溶酶体RNase活性改变及其与RNA含量的关系。同时观察了心、肝组织细胞浆蛋白质含量及肝TBA值。发现:低硒组大鼠心、肝的组织RNA含量减少,RNA/DNA比值显著下降,溶酶体游离酶/总酶活性比值升高,胞浆蛋白质减少,肝TBA值升高。此变化可能与低硒酶体内脂质过氧化增强,GSH-Px活性减低,溶酶体膜受损,RNA分解增加有关。

Abstract:It is rare to see a report about the effect of selenium on the decomposition of Rna. This article is to present the changes of nucleic acids, the activity of lysosmal RNase, the cytoplasmic proteins in the heart and liver of three groups of rats fed with (1) Se-deficient diet; (2) Se-deficient diet supplemented with sodium selenite; and (3) cereals from Xi'an. The molonaldehyde (TBA value) in the liver was also determined, In the Se-deficient diet group, myocardial and hepatic RNA was and the RNA/DNA was significantly decreased. The hepatic TBA value, the ratio of free enzyme and total enzyme of RNsdr in the heart and liver lysosome fraction was increased while the amount of cytoplasmic proteins decreased. Those suggested that the changes were probably related to the increase in peroxidation lipids the decrease of the activitY of GSH-Px, the damage of lysosomal memberane and the increment of decomposition of RNA and proteins in the rats fed with Se-defieient diet.
