电气化铁道电能质量监测管理系统的研究

针对电气化铁道的电能质量问题，本文提出了一种基于分布式体系软件平台构建的分层、分布式电气化铁道电能质量监测管理系统。该系统对谐波、电压波动和闪变、三相不平衡、功率因数等电能质量指标的监测，完全按照最新国家标准执行，检测标准可根据国标修订情况及时变更。该系统采用分层综合管理和嵌入式Internet技术，透明地支持多种通讯方式，能够实现监测设备管理、监视和测量、查询统计、数据分析和处理等功能。该系统在山东电网投入使用后，现场运行效果良好。

Study on Electrified Railway Power Quality Monitoring and Management System
