肥大心肌缝隙连接的超微结构及临床意义

摘    要:采用电镜冷冻蚀刻和超薄切片的方法观察了大鼠腹主动脉狭窄致左室肥厚心肌细胞缝隙连接(GJ)的结构特点。结果发现,心肌细胞超微结构损伤严重,闰盘肿胀、扩张,冷冻蚀刻法见PF面颗粒排列紊乱、颗粒的中心距离变大。这种细胞间电活动传导通路的结构变化,可认为是高血压心肌肥大时产生心律失常的一种基础

Abstract:We adopt the methods of freezing fracture and thin section electron micrographs to abserve the characteristics of the gap junctions from left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in rat caused by constricting the aorta.The Ultrastructure of cardiac myocytes in LVH group was heavily demaged.The intercalated disk swollen and dilatated.The arrangement of P face was dispersed and the distribution of center to center distance between P face particles bacame large.The construction modification of low resistance pathway for transmission of electrical current among myocytes can be considered as a foundation of arrhythmia in hypertention and patients with left ventricular hypertrophied.
