| Abstract: | Based on the 12th Five-Year Plan of Transportation in Jiangsu, evaluation concepts and meth- ods are put forward systematically in this paper. The implement situation in the first two years of the 12th Five-Year is analyzed; the extraordinary achievement and experience are summed up. Furthermore, thr- ough considerable exploration of those former development problems, the paper offers suggestions on thought and emphasis of development in the latter three years of the 12th Five-Year, which is expected to exert positive influence on fulfillment of the plan. |
