船舶疲劳应力监测系统研究

摘    要:本文针对船舶疲劳应力监测问题,阐述了监测系统计算监测点累积损伤度和预测剩余疲劳寿命的原理,并建立了船舶疲劳实时监测系统,最后进行了试验验证分析。试验结果表明,该系统运行稳定,计算的试件累积损伤度与理论值吻合,且对剩余疲劳寿命预测较为可靠。通过光纤传感器与电阻应变片实测应力值的比较,得出光纤传感器能够满足应力监测的要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the fatigue health monitoring system of the hull structure, the paper presents the principle of the fatigue accumulated damage and the fatigue residual life. Then the system was established to monitor and assess the force condition of the monitoring point. And the fatigue experiment of the standard specimen was carried out to test the fatigue health monitoring system. The results show the system can work well. The fatigue accumulated damage and the fatigue residual life predicted by the system can agree well with the theoretical value. The stress value is compared between the fiber optic sensor and strain gauge. The stress measured by the fiber optic sensor can satisfy experiment requirements.
