摘    要:针对某型汽油发电机组发生“飞车”故障现象,分析了飞车故障的原因以及调速系统采用的电子调速器存在的隐患,并提出了改进意见和使用维护中注意的问题。

Abstract:The U.S. military standard MLT-STD-1399 300 section is introduced including it's structure, content and characteristic. The correlating contents in the preceding version of U. S. military standard and Chinese military standard GJB 4000-2000 (3) 300 section about term definition, alternating power interface parameter and test. The differences between Chinese military standard and U. S. military standard are pointed out in order to provide the reference for following revised standards.
