铁路沿线伙食团卫生许可现状及监管对策研究

目的了解青藏铁路公司沿线伙食团卫生许可现状，探讨沿线伙食团卫生许可监管的内容和方法，加强沿线伙食团卫生许可监督管理。方法于2005年10月对青藏铁路公司45个沿线伙食团卫生许可情况进行了监督检查。结果青藏铁路公司沿线伙食团卫生许可现状不容乐观，45个伙食团中23项检查内容全部合格的只有4个，仅占8．89％。结论制定适合于沿线伙食团的卫生规范及卫生许可量化标准，开展沿线伙食团卫生许可量化分级管理工作，明确责任主体，加强卫生监管，加大食品卫生宣传力度，改进和提高沿线伙食团的卫生状况，有效保护职工身体健康。

Sanitarian Situation and Supervision of the Mess along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway

Objective To know the present sanitarian condition of the mess along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, explore the content and method of sanitary supervision and strengthen the supervision and management. Method To investigate the sanitation situation of 45 messes along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, in 2005. Results The investigation showed that the situation was serious. Only 4（8.89%） in the 45 messes met all the 23 sanitary standards demanded. Conclusion Specific hygienic regulation should be established to improve the sanitarian situation and workers＇ quality of life.
