| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析农村客运安全问题的时间、地点与人员特征,确定农村客运安全问题的内在特点,并且从人员、设施设备、监管部门、客运企业四个方面分析安全影响因素,进而提出了农村客运安全问题解决对策。

| Abstract: | The article analyses the rural passenger safety problems with time,location,and personnel feature,to find out the rural passenger transportation safety issues'inherent characteristics,and from personnel,facilities,supervision department,passenger transportation enterprise four aspects to analyze the influencing factors,then puts forwards the countermeasures to solve the rural passenger transportation safety problems. |
