| Abstract: | The common policy finality is significant to improve the efficiency of carrying out policies and to make new common policies according to the changing circumstances.However,in the process of finality,the common policy often encounters some obstacles.Therefore,the obstacles of the common policy finality are analysed and some concrete resolving tactics are put forward. |
