黄岛LPG地下储库爆破震动监测与分析

摘    要:为了研究爆破掘进对地下储库工程稳定性的影响,分析工程爆破震动的衰减规律,采用理论分析及现场监测的方法对爆破施工地表振动特性及变化规律进行研究。结果表明:1)萨道夫斯基公式对掌子面掘进前方地表振速监测数据进行拟合,相关性较好,而掘进后方相关性较差;2)爆破时存在角度效应,即针对掌子面掘进后方地表振速监测数据进行拟合时,若爆源距与掌子面在水平面投影夹角在0~33°时,监测数据相关性较强,大于33°时监测数据相关性较差;3)掌子面掘进后方相对于掘进前方对地表振速具有放大效应,且在掌子面后方,爆源距在水平面投影越是接近于垂直掌子面,这种放大效应就越明显。

Abstract:The characteristics and variation rules of the ground surface vibration caused by blasting in the construction of LPG storage cavern in Huangdao are studied by means of theoretical analysis and site monitoring. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The result of the fitting of the vibration velocity of the ground surface ahead of the excavation face by means of Sadaovsk formula has good dependency, while that behind the excavation face has poor dependency; 2) Angle effect exists in the blasting, i.e., regarding the fitting of the vibration velocity of the ground surface behind the excavation face, the monitoring data have good dependency when the angle between the blasting source distance and the projection of the excavation face on the horizontal plane ranges from 0° to 33°, and the monitoring data have poor dependency when the angle between the blasting source distance and the projection of the excavation face on the horizontal plane is larger than 33°; 3) Compared to the section ahead of the excavation face, the section behind the excavation face has amplification effect to the ground surface vibration velocity; as the projection of the blasting source distance on the horizontal plane becomes nearly perpendicular to the excavation face, the amplification effect becomes more obvious. 
