替换猪主动脉瓣后抗原性的临床研究

摘    要:用间接免疫荧光(IIF)法对14例生物猪瓣替换二尖瓣,对其抗原性进行了研究。用已知抗原测患者术后血清中抗体,均显示不同程度阳性。提示生物猪瓣替换于人体内,术后确存在不同程度抗原性,其免疫反应难以避免,这可能是生物瓣钙化、撕裂、坏损或衰败率高的因素之一。如何减轻免疫反应的发生、改善瓣的处理和制备方法,是提高生物瓣耐久性的关键。

Abstract:Antigenicity of 14 cases undergoing mitral valve replacment by porcine xenograft aortic valve was studied by indirect immunofluorescence (IIF). Patients' serums were examined by known antigen, and their results showed antibody positive in its degree. The authors point out that there is antigenicity in the body after heart valve was transplanted by porcine xenograft aortic valve and immunoreaction in body is difficult to avoid. This is one of important causes of biological valve calcification, disruption, degeneration and dysfunction.How to reduce the immunoreaction and improve technique of valve treatment and manufacture is key to the increase of biological valve durability.
