基于转向特性的汽车电子控制动力转向系统

摘    要:电子控制动力转向系统(EPS)可以在低速时减轻转向力,以提高转向系统的操纵稳定性;在高速时则可适当加重转向力,以提高操纵稳定性.文章介绍了EPS及其主要形式和布置方式,在分析汽车助力转向系统工作原理的基础上,阐述了转向特性对汽车操纵性能的影响,并结合具体EPS实例,介绍了电子控制动力转向系统的4种控制形式,为动力转向系统软件开发及实物研制提供了前提条件.

Abstract:EPS is a system which reduces the steering force at low speed so as to improve handling stability. Meanwhile, it also increases the steering force at high speed to improve handling stability. This paper describes the development of EPS system as well as the basic and main layout forms. The paper introduces the influence of the steering characteristics on automobile handling quality based on the analysis of EPS operation principles. With concrete examples of EPS, 4 operation modes for EPS are described in the paper, which provide perconditions for the development of power steering system software and the production .
