“三全育人”大德育观下全员育人导师制探析

摘    要:“全员育人导师制”是在“三全育人”大德育观及其“全员育人”教育理念的指导下,将学校德育工作的目标、任务由担任“导师”的教师与校系学生管理部门和班主任一起分工承担落实,真正实现教师教书、育人并重的一种新型的教学和德育管理模式。文中阐述了“全员育人导师制”的含义及其提出的原因,探讨了“全员育人导师制”实施目标。
