船用柴油机表面噪声源识别分析

摘    要:根据声强测试原理,应用B&K PULSE3560C便携式振动与噪声测试系统中的4197声强测试模块,对某船用柴油机的表面辐射噪声源进行了识别.通过绘制三维声强图,找出了该柴油机各个辐射面上的主要噪声源,并对其进行了排序,分析了这些噪声源的产生根源,以便于进一步降低该柴油机的噪声水平.

Abstract:Based on the principle of sound intensity measuring, the surface-radiating noise sources of a marine diesel engine are identified by utilizing 4197 sound intensity module in B&K PULSE3560C portable system of vibration and noise measurement. A 3D graphic of sound intensity is plotted, and the main noise sources on each radiating surface are located and arranged in order of magnitude. Then the causes of the noise resources are analyzed for the purpose of reducing the noise level of this diesel engine.
