| 摘 要： | 目的 分析听力障碍者听阈水平上双耳响度平衡情况与正常人的差异及心理因素。方法 用amplaid 45 5型电子纯音测听仪对 1 0 0名听力障碍者及 1 0 0名正常人进行纯音听阈测试并进行听阈水平的双耳响度平衡的比较。结果 听力障碍者与正常人在听阈水平上双耳响度平衡差异非常显著 ,且听力障碍者的主观听阈值比实际听阈值偏大。结论 这种现象的原因是由于实验组患者的心理因素对其听阈水平上的双耳响度平衡性产生了影响。此现象的发现对临床ABLB及纯音检测方法都是一个新的且有意义的提示。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the situations of the hearing loss, which differ from the people without hearing impairment in hearing threshold and the balance between ears on their level. Methods There were 100 patients and 100 healthy adults tested by Amplaid 455 Pure Tone Audiometer.Results To hearing disturbance patients, there were obvious differences in alternate binaural loudness balance between two groups, and the threshold of hearing disturbance patients were often bigger than that of it should be.Conclusion The reasons are the disturbance with psychological factors. This discovery is important to pure tone test and ABLB. |
