反应型道路标线修复技术应用及评价

摘    要:在对现有道路标线修复技术进行分析的基础上,提出采用反应型标线涂料喷涂工艺对旧标线进行修复;介绍修复施工工艺,并结合实际工程应用情况对其修复效果进行评价。通过应用可知,反应型道路标线修复路面标线后,初始逆反射系数大于300 mcd·m-2·1x-1;施工后3个月,边线、中线逆反射系数均有所下降,但仍维持在200 mcd·m-2·1x-1左右。反应型标线涂料修复隧道振荡标线后,中线逆反射系数集中在250~300 mcd·m-2·1x-1之间,右侧边线逆反射系数集中在100~200 mcd·m-2·1x-1之间。反应型标线喷涂工艺能有效提升旧路标线逆反射系数。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of existing road marking repair technologies, the reactive marking coating spraying technology is proposed to repair the old markings. The repair construction process is introduced, and its repair effect is evaluated according to the actual engineering applications. Through its application, it can be seen that after repairing the pavement markings with the reactive road markings, the initial retroreflection coefficient is greater than 300 mcd·m-2·1x-1. In three months after construction, the retroreflection coefficients of the sideline and centerline both decrease, but remains around 200 mcd·m-2·1x-1. After the reactive marking coating is used to repair the oscillation marking of the tunnel, the retroreflection coefficient of the centerline is concentrated between 250~300 mcd·m-2·1x-1, and the retroreflection coefficient of the right sideline is concentrated between 100~200 mcd·m-2·1x-1. The reactive marking spraying technology can effectively improve the retroreflection coefficient of old road markings.
