地下结构穿越道路保通临时钢结构盖板标准化设计与施工技术

摘    要:地下结构穿越运营道路,引起道路沉降,严重影响行车安全性及舒适性。为道路保通,设置临时钢结构盖板在市政工程中应用广泛。北京市某地铁穿越施工引起道路沉降,因而采取设置临时钢结构盖板措施,以该工程临时钢结构盖板的设计及施工为应用案例,提出了道路沉降钢结构盖板措施标准化的设计与施工技术。经验算,结构的最大应力及最大挠度均符合规范要求,地铁穿越道路引起沉降问题得到有效解决。

Abstract:The road settlement will be caused when an underground structure crosses a operating road, which will seriously affect the driving safety and comfort. In order to ensure the road traffic, the installation of temporary steel structure cover plate is widely used in municipal engineering. The construction of a subway crossing in Beijing caused the settlement of the road, so the temporary steel structure cover plate was installed. Taking the design and construction of temporary steel structure cover plate of this project as an example, the standardized design and construction technology of steel structure cover plate for the road settlement are proposed. After checked and calculated, the maximum stress and the maximum deflection of the structure all meet the standard requirements. The settlement caused by a subway crossing is effectively solved.
