高韧超薄沥青磨耗层技术在公路养护中的应用

摘    要:随着上海市奉贤区交通量的逐步增加,工程建设中的养护标准也得到了提升。详细介绍并总结在上海市奉贤区平庄公路、庄良公路、洪朱公路和团青公路部分路段施工过程中实际应用的18~20 mm级别的高韧超薄沥青磨耗层技术。阐明了材料选用、配合比和施工环节的关键控制要点,并评价施工质量。验收结果表明,高韧超薄沥青磨耗层不仅在节约材料方面表现出色,同时还具备超强的抗裂、抗渗、抗滑和降噪性能,远远超过常规沥青路面。该技术适用于城市中心区主干道、省级公路以及标高受限的道路等品质和功能要求高的道路,为未来的公路养护工作打下了坚实基础。

Abstract:With the gradual increase of traffic volume in Fengxian District of Shanghai, the standard of maintenance in engineering construction has also been improved. The practical application of 18~20 mm high-toughness ultra-thin asphalt wear layer technology in the construction of some sections of Pingzhuang Highway, Zhuangliang Highway, Hongzhu Highway and Tuanqing Highway in Fengxian District of Shanghai is introduced and summarized in detail. The key control points of material election, mix ratio and construction link are clarified, and the construction quality is evaluated. The acceptance result shows that the high-toughness ultra-thin asphalt wear layer has the strong performance of saving the materials, and also has the best properties of cracking resistance, seepage resistance, skid resistance and noise reduction, which is much better than the conventional asphalt pavement. This kind of technology is suitable for the roads with high quality and functional requirements, such as the trunk roads in the central urban area, provincial highways and highways with limited elevation, which lays the solid foundation for the future road maintenance work in Fengxian District.
