高速公路现浇混凝土箱梁桥横坡改造关键技术研究

摘    要:针对某高速公路现浇混凝土梁桥桥宽及横坡不符合当前实际通行需求的现状,提出限速、桥面直接加铺、切梁顶升和旋转加铺、桥面参与受力的增大截面法这4种改造方案,并分析相应方案下结构的受力状态。结果表明:结构受力最合理的改造方案为切梁顶升和旋转加铺(适用于第一联)、桥面参与受力的增大截面法(适用于第二联)这2种。研究结果可为以后同类项目的改造提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the width and cross slope of a cast-in-place box girder bridge in expressway not meeting the current actual demand of traffic, four kinds of reconstruction schemes are proposed, such as speed limiting, direct bridge deck paving, cutting beam jacking and rotating deck paving, and increasing section method with bridge deck participating in stress. The stress state of the structure under the corresponding scheme is analyzed. The result shows that the most reasonable reconstruction scheme of the structure stress is determined as the latter two, such as the cutting beam jacking and rotating deck paving (suitable for the first segment), and increasing section method with bridge deck participating in stress (suitable for the second segment). The research result can provide the reference for the reconstruction of similar projects in the future.
