| 摘 要： | 产业环境变化导致汽车工业系统传统情报方式的不适应.汽车业的情报系统,包括企业情报部门、社会咨询公司、行业研究机构、学会或政府跟不上形势发展,其功能和作用存在不同程度的弱化、越位、错位、缺位和异化等不正常现象,均需要反思自身,重新定位和功能补缺或再提升.
