减摇鳍装置结构拓扑优化应用研究

摘    要:比较两种常用拓扑优化方法的原理与特点,并以核心零件十字头为例,探讨拓扑优化在减摇鳍装置结构设计中应用的一般过程.改进后的十字头在满足刚度和强度要求的前提下,重量减少了近40%,且应力分布更加平均.结果表明,拓扑优化能很好地实现减摇鳍装置机械结构的等强度、轻量化设计.

Abstract:Comparison of two topology optimization methods was presented in this paper.With the optimization of crux,the common process to apply topology optimization in fin stabilizer structure design was investigated.While the stiffness and strength limit were satisfied,the weight of crux was reduced by 40% and the stress distribution was more homogeneous.The result shows that topology optimization is beneficial to achieve equal-intensity and light-weight design of fin stabilizer.
