船用柴油机排放控制的试验研究

摘    要:随着全球环境的恶化,控制柴油机有害气体排放的要求日益强烈。文章以6150ZLCZ型柴油机为对象,对三种燃烧室结构方案从Nox排放、油耗和烟度三个方向进行了对比试验,选取了压缩比为14,喉口直径为86.4mm、中间凸台锥角为137°的燃烧室结构.该试验研究为船用柴油机满足排放标准拓宽思路,也为该机型的进一步研发奠定基础.

Abstract:Along with the world environment polluted increasingly,it's urgent to control the harmful emissions from engines.This paper chooses 6150ZLCZ diesel engine as the study object.By comparing three different kinds of combustion chambers,it adopts the combustion chamber whose compression ratio is 14 with its diameter of throat 86.4mm and the angle of taper of the middle protuberance 137o.The research is expected to lay the foundation for futrher development of the engine.
