| 摘 要： | 基于ANSYS有限元计算,以卸船机大斜撑圆管与耳板的连接为例,探讨管与板连接的设计。对耳板的形状、圆管的端部封盖、耳板的插入深度和应力释放孔的大小以及位置等具体结构和参数的设计进行了分析,并提出了不同于通常设计的应力释放孔的位置。

| Abstract: | Base on FEM analysis from ANSYS,this paper discusses the design for the junction of pipe and eye plate through an example of junction of them on diagonal pipe of ship-unloader.The analysis for the structural and parametric design such as the shape of the eye plate,the pipe s end cover,the deepness of the plate sinking into the pipe,and the position and size of the stress-release-hole is carried out.The design of the position of the stress-release-hole different to the convention is also brought up. |
