AW、BLE、炭黑改性沥青的老化性能研究

摘    要:采用薄膜烘箱老化试验(TFOT)、PAV压力老化试验,对不同剂量的AW、BLE、炭黑改性沥青进行试验,利用残留针入度比、残留粘度比、软化点增量和残留延度等老化指标来分析沥青的老化程度,与常用的沥青抗老化剂SBR进行对比,研究表明0.8%AW、0.8%BLE改性沥青抗老化性能较优,炭黑改性沥青低温性能下降较大。

Abstract:The experiments are implemented on several contents of AW,BLE,Carbon Black and SBR modified asphalt.The changes of penetration,ductility,softening point and viscosity at different aging test are analyzed.The influence of the modifier is determined based on these test results.The study shows that 0.8%AW,0.8%BLE could enhance the aging resistance of modified asphalt,and the low temperature performance of carbon black modified asphalt decreases too much.
