摘    要:大学生面对就业的竞争越来越激烈,掌握必要的求职技巧对求职成功尤为重要.运用人职匹配理论阐述了求职技巧的重要性和常用的求职技巧,结合广州航海高等专科学校实际,对求职技巧训练与指导进行有效尝试,通过实践证明效果良好.

Abstract:In the face of fiercer competition,the college students must acquire some essential job-finding skills,which will be helpful to making it.In this essay the Theory of Human-Job Match will be applied in order to illustrate the importance of job-hunting skills,and some required job-hunting skills are also presented hereby,referring to our college practice,we think carrying out the training and instruction of job-hunting skills proves to effective in reality.
