| 摘 要： | 装备交互式电子技术手册（IETM）是结构化、交互化的、智能化的装备技术数据的载体。IETM技术的推广和应用是信息化作战条件下我军对航海导航装备保障信息化提出的必然要求。文中首先分析和总结了IETM的国内外发展状况，进一步阐释了GJB6600的颁布实施对推进我国IETM具有重要意义。深入的研究了基于GJB6600标准的IETM的一般开发流程，并针对我军航海导航装备使用和维修的实际，对GJB6600的IETM通用开发平台进行了设计。

| Abstract: | IETM is the data carrier of structured,interaction,and intelligent equipment technology. Under the condition of information warfare, promotion and application of IETM technology is the inevitable requirement of the informationization of the marine navigation equip- ment proposed by PLA. This paper firstly describes and concludes the state of the art of IETM at home and abroad,which further illustrates that the promulgation of GJB 6600 is very important to promote our IETM, then makes a deep study on the general flow of IETM creation based on GJB 6600. Finally, in the light of use and maintenance of PLA＇ s marine navigation equipment, the design of an IETM general devel- oping platform based on GJB 6600 is presented. |
