| 摘 要： | 目前军队网络安全防护能力较弱，网络泄密和网络被攻击事件屡有发生，且对数据加密算法或其研究程度往往不容易引起重视。文章首先分析了军队计算机网络信息安全存在的隐患，然后研究了基于改进ECC的军队计算机网络信息加密算法，探讨了其密钥产生、加密和解密的具体实现过程，为军队计算机网络信息安全提供了一种技术保障。

| Abstract: | Currently the capabilities of our military network security are weak, which lead to be attacked frequently. Encryption algo- rithm is not easy to pay attention to. The hidden dangers of the military computer network information security are analyzed, the encryption algorithm based on advanced ECC is studied, explore its key produce concrete implementation and decryption process. A technical support for the military computer network and information security are proposed. |
