路面破碎机电液比例控制系统设计

摘    要:采用EPEC控制器实现了基于CAN总线的路面破碎机电液比例控制系统的结构设计,采用CANopen总线协议实现系统中各模块之间的数据通信,最后在codesys2.1环境下完成了系统控制程序的开发,给出了破碎系统的控制流程。样机调试结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠。

Abstract:The EPEC controller is introduced tO implement the structural design of electro-hydraulic proportional control system for pavement breaker based on CAN BUS. The data communication between modules is realized by applying the CANopen BUS protocol. Eventually the development of control programme is finished under codesys2.1, and control flow of crush system is given. The debugging of prototype indicates that the system runs stably and reliably.
