水泥稳定碎石基层整体成型方法的对比

摘    要:通过铺筑试验路,进行了水泥稳定碎石基层"两层摊铺,一次整体压实"和"整层摊铺,一次整体压实"两种成型工艺的对比。结果表明:两种施工工艺均能保证基层的整体性,但"整层摊铺,一次整体压实"对机械设备要求较高,且基层表面石料破碎、基层上部密实下部疏松的可能性更大,相比之下,"两层摊铺,一次整体压实"在各方面更易被接受。

Abstract:Through the paving of test road, the comparison of shaping technologies between "paving in layers, full-depth compaction" and "full-depth paving, full-depth compaction" is carried out. The results indicate that: both technologies can guarantee the integrity of base course, but the latter has higher requirements for equipment; moreover course is dense wh be accepted the possibility le the bottom s s bigger that the gravels on the surface are crushed, and the upper of base oose. As a result, the "paving in layers, full-depth compaction" is easier to
