| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术在轨道交通系统中的应用，安全问题显得越发的重要和复杂，如何保证轨道交通系统的安全有序运行成为我们必须面对的重要课题。欧洲已经制定了有关轨道交通领域的安全标准，提出安全就是可以接受的风险等级，如何确定这个风险等级非常重要，我们在借鉴欧洲国家安全原则的基础上，探讨了如何制定我们国家轨道交通领域的安全原则。
