| 摘 要： | 了解高职学生个性特征与焦虑、抑郁状况的关系,以便为开展有针对性的心理卫生工作提供依据。采用分层抽样的方法,抽取某高职学生639名,进行焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)的测评。高职生的焦虑、抑郁状况与人格特征之间显著相关。塑造健康的个性是降低焦虑、抑郁,减少心理障碍的有效途径。
