Analysis and Comparison of Wave Observed Data in Shanhaiguan and Zhimaowan

Based on analysis and comparison of wave observed data in the two station--Shan-haiguan and Zhimaowan, it was presented that the short - term observed data of wave in Shanhaiguan was reliable. The reason of the difference between the two station was found in this paper, and the correlation of the wave observed data in the two station was estabilished. An acceptable method was given to use the long-term observed data of wave in Zhimaowan to estimate ones in Shaihaiguan
