交通运输系统比较方法的研究

采用“宏观规律与微观模型相结合”的研究思想，引入了相似学理论，进行区域间社会经济系统和交通运输系统相似特性的比较，以期利用比较结果对其中一个区域交通运输系统的规划提出建议，在构建相应模型和指标体系的基础上，提出了交通运输系统相似度比较的流程和算法．本文以海南和台湾两省铁路运输系统的比较为实例，相似元的具体取值综合了数据比值法、德尔菲法，并参考AHP法进行权重系数的取值，相似度比较的结果可用于海南省环岛铁路的规划．

Study on the Comparison Method of Traffic and Transport Systems

Adopting the research way of combining the micro-model with the macro-laws, and introducing the similarity theory, a comparison between the socio-economy system and the traffic transportation system was made in this paper, then the comparison result could be inferred for the planning of a traffic system in some district. On the basis of putting forward a relative model and constructing index system, a comparison algorithm of similarity degree between the two traffic systems was presented. At last, this paper tests and verifies the above model and relative programs with a practical example compared Hainan province with Taiwan province. Similarity indexe coefficients were given from the data ratio method and Delphi method, weight indexes were given with AHP. The result of similarity comparison could be used in the railway planning of Hainan province.
