摘    要:以增加岔枕螺栓强度安全以及板下弹性垫层在有限空间内实现低刚度的两大技术关键为研究目的,通过吸收遂渝线结构形式和客运专线盖板形式结构优点,研究时速200 km无砟轨道道岔扣件系统设计原则、可供选择的方案以及采用的扣件各零件,使200 km/h无砟轨道道岔扣件系统充分利用Ⅱ型弹条的调距功能,轨下橡胶垫板和板下弹性垫板的缓冲功能,调高垫板对道床不均匀沉降的调整功能,结合高寿命的尼龙套管外预埋不锈钢外套结构和整体设计的复合定位套,将岔枕螺栓的薄弱部位远离受力点保证其强度安全。扣件系统既满足线路运营需要,也适当考虑制造成本。

Abstract:This paper focuses on improving the strength of the concrete bolt and obtaining lower stiffness of the elastic layer under the plate within a limited space and studies the principles for the guiding the design of the fastening system for 200 km / h ballastless track with reference to Sui Ning ~ Chong Qing passenger dedicated line fastening structure,addresses the alternatives and components of fastening system to allow better utilization of II type clip adjustability and the cushioning capability of the pad under rail and plate,to improve the adjustability of the pad for the uneven settlement of the track bed. In combination with the long service embedded stainless bushing and composite sleeve,the weak part of the switch sleeper bolt is separated as far as possible from the load point for the sake of safety. The fastening system shall satisfy the requirements for operation and take account of the fabricating cost.
