基于动态交通分配的应急路径规划

摘    要:为了提高在应急救援与疏散工作中的应急交通效率,针对已有相关算法未考虑交通问题动态性的不足,提出了1个基于动态交通分配的应急路径规划算法。给出了问题的定义,设计了1个基于仿真的动态交通分配模型,给出了基于动态交通分配的算法求解步骤。通过北京市路网数据对算法进行验证,证明了算法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of emergency rescue and evacuation,this paper introduces an emergency route planning algorithm based on dynamic traffic assignment.Different from existing static route planning algorithms,the algorithm takes the dynamic and systematic characteristics of the problem into consideration.First,a dynamic traffic assignment model through traffic simulation is given.Then,the steps of the algorithm are explained.Finally,the algorithm is tested by using Beijing road network data.The results prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
