中小型航运企业管理信息化与优化管理

摘    要:采用案例分析法对中小型船舶企业的管理体制、航次营运得失进行了分析。在竞争激烈的航运市场中,针对中小型船舶企业的企业生存能力和企业竞争力方面,提出了依靠信息化管理与优化建设的建议,注重工作细节性信息的管理,注重各相关部门、人员的沟通,形成船舶企业联动合力,共同促进企业营运,创造航次营运高效益。通过对一家中小型海运公司调研,发现船舶信息化管理的风险和缺陷,提出该公司船舶管理信息系统的优化方案,实施后,取得了较为显著的效果。

Abstract:To improve the management efficiency of the shipping firm of a small and medium-sized type,this paper introduces a research on the optimization of a ship enterprise management information system.The paper analyzes the current state of using the software system of the domestic and foreign maritime transportation field as a base,and checks and analyzed the example of an actual ship in operation and its frequency in service as two main analysis methods.This paper analyzes the system of management of the ship enterprise of a small and medium-sized type and the loss and gain of the marine transportation course by methods of analyzing the example of navigation.It aims to improve the survival capacity and the competitiveness of the company of the ship enterprise of a small and medium-sized type in the market of extremely bad maritime transportation.Moreover,an important scientific method of objectively solving this problem is put forward.The method achieves good results.
