| 摘 要： | 随着三峡库区通航环境的改善,危险品船舶流量逐渐增大,增加了溢油事故的风险.文中基于三峡库区不同水位期不同水域的通航环境分析,通过建立三峡库区溢油风险评价指标体系,利用模糊层次分析法,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,分析出三峡库区各典型水域的溢油风险高低.

| Abstract: | With the improvement of navigation environment,especially the rapid development of dangerous cargo transport in Three Gorges Reservoir Area,the risk of shipping oil spill is increasing.Based on the analysis of navigation environment at different water areas during high and low water level periods,the paper has figured out the risk of shipping oil spill of different water areas by establishing F-AHP method on oil spill risk assessment model of Three Gorges Reservoir Area. |
