高速公路服务区污水池内壁多功能防腐涂料研究

采用无毒原材料和自制的抗菌、防霉、抗藻多功能纳米无机抗菌剂,研制了一种适用于高速公路服务区污水池内壁的多功能防腐涂料。添加涂料总重5%的多功能纳米无机抗茵剂,可以有效避免污水池内壁腐蚀和微生物侵蚀;涂层对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率≥99%,防霉、抗藻等级均为0级;涂膜符合《生活饮用水输配水设备及防护材料卫生安全评价规范》(2001)对饮用水输配水设备的要求;涂料技术指标符合GB 5369-85《船用饮水舱涂料通用技术条件》中的规定。涂料对混凝土和金属等基材的污水池内壁,具有优良的附着力,可在水下及潮湿的基体表面进行涂装,且环境友好。

A Multi-functional Anticorrosive Coating for Inwall of Sewage Reservoir in Service Area of Expressway

The new type of multi-functional anticormsive coatings has been developed by using nonpoisonous raw materials and self-made multi-functional antibacterial agent.This agent has antibacterial,anti-mildew and anti-alga multi-functional properties.The new type of multi-functional anticorresive coating is very suitable for inwall of sewage reservoir in service area of expressway.Adding self-made nano inorganic antibacterial agent into the coatings with coatings weight of 5 %,it may protect inwall of sewage reservoir against corrosion and suppress aquatic organism from adherence,growth and multiplication.The antibacterial rate of the coating for Escherichia coli and Staph- ylococcus aureus gets more than 99%.Its anti-mildew and anti-alga rating are zero-level.The new type of multi-fimctional anticorrosive coatings is very easy to produce and has a good adhesive power for concrete and metal bases.It may be coated under water or on the sur- face of wet base.In addition,it is an environmental friendly coating.Technical indexes of the coating meet the general requirements of shipbuilding-coatings for drinking water tanks.The safety of the coating meets the standard for hygienic safety evaluation of equipment and protective materials in drinking water.
